A TYPICAL SCHEDULE

The following is a guide to our schedule during your 6-night retreat:

7:00  60-minute Morning meditation and Dynamic Yoga Flow class to warm up our bodies and minds ready for the day ahead

8:15  Delicious buffet style healthy breakfast packed with nutrition to fuel your body for a day on the mountains.

8:45  First run to the ski lift for the early bird’s keen to get on the mountain

9:30  Second run to the ski lift for those running on a slightly more relaxed pace.

9:30-16.30 Fun times on the slopes, you have the entire day to ski or board

13:00  Meet for our pre-packed healthy lunch

15:30 & 16:30 Collection from the ski lift to return to the chalet

17:00  Time to relax, enjoy some homemade healthy cakes and tea or chill out in our own private hot tub or in front of our open fire

18:00  60-minute mobility stretch, strength & conditioning session

19.30  Time for a delicious 3 course evening dinner with selected wines

21:00 Meditation/ Yin Yoga/ Workshops/ Nutritional talks/ Movie nights – these will differ on each evening
