Day 1

4:00 Arrive. Once checked in, we will set the tone and intention for the weekend with a workshop on yoga fundamentals, followed by a relaxing yoga class in the yurt to engage and unwind our bodies.

19:30 Sample the first of many freshly made and locally sourced dishes with the group in the evening and enjoy the chance to get to know each other. Enjoy the comfort of the farmhouse and its communal areas before retreating to bed for an uninterrupted night’s sleep.

Day 2

8:00-10:00 Meditation & breath work following by a dynamic yoga flow full of conscious movement to wake up your body.

10.30 Brunch

11:30 R&R, relax by the fire, take a dip in the wild, explore the farm & admire the beautiful scenery.

13:30-15:30 Mindful walk through the countryside followed by an energising pilates class or fun yoga workshop. Take a break to refuel with a light lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing or indulge in a heavenly massage. 

18:00 We return to the yurt for a restorative yoga class to wind down and stretch after a day spent in the outdoors.

19:30 Dinner followed by a relaxing evening by the fire or retire to your room to unwind in peace.

Day 3

8:00-10:00 Our final day begins the same as day 2, with meditation & breath work followed by a dynamic yoga flow.

10.30 Brunch & a chance to explore the farm with a walk, swim, time in the garden or a little rest in the farmhouse.

13:00 Closing ceremony

14:00 Lunch followed by your departure feeling lighter, calmer and ready to step back into your world.
