A lifetime investment, pricey but insane quality, great thickness, non-slip heaven, so beautiful & a dream to move & flow on…
Something a little easier on the bank account, a fab thickness, great design & just perfect for everyone & everything….they also do amazing blocks, straps & more…
Yoga Blocks
Personally I love the Yogi Bare ones, pretty yet hard-wearing, the perfect thickness & weight & are my go to everyday…you can use them to support you, to enhance your movements, to stand on, to sit on…a new best friend! However if you’re looking for something a little cheaper…Amazon has a great selection…
Resistance Bands
Personally one of my favourite pieces of equipment, small, light, cheap, the perfect full body strengthener, toner & sculpter, ever so handy & can literally go anywhere with you!
They even come in pretty colours :)
Pilates Ring
Your new best friend…a small & oh so simple piece to perfectly sculpt & tone your inner thighs & upper arms, work your hips & own some killer abs…
Yoga / Pilates Ball
Light, cheap, so easy to use; a stabilising & engaging goddess! A little squeeze of this ball, creates the shakes that sculpt & the strength & stability of a warrior.
Ankle Weights
Saving the best till last! A dream to add a little more resistance to your moves & flows….not just for your legs but an all leaning & lengthening limb magic tool.
Place them on your wrists for those arm sculpter’s & ankles for the butt burners!
My personal fave; a little spenny, but fit so comfortably & come in so many dreamy colour ways. Small, neat & tidy accompanied by a little travel case to carry with you anywhere.
